You're probably here looking for
A) Training
B) Adventure Daycare
C) Overnight Care
But are we the right fit? What better way to find out than to go on a group hike together? You’ll learn more about dogs than you ever thought possible. At the same time, we’ll be observing you and your dog. There is no pressure. Nobody fails. We just want to make sure that you dig our style. And it's free.
Afterwards, you'll be ready for Day One.
Pre Consultation
You’re going to learn a lot. If you have any doubts about your dog’s behavior with people or dogs, get yourself a muzzle. If you’re unsure of your dog’s temperament, recall their experience at the veterinarian’s office. No dog is happy about a muzzle, but we have to keep everyone safe. Don’t buy the cloth one. I know it looks less intimidating, but your dog will have a much harder time breathing. We like Baskerville muzzles. These allow your dog to pant and drink while ensuring that you don’t end up with a vet bill or worse. Practice putting it on beforehand securely so you can have a seamless experience during our hike. For the rest of you, come one, come all, make sure your collar is snug, and get ready to wonder why you even bothered with puppy class.
Post Consultation
If you like what you saw and heard, it’s time for Day One. No matter what service you are looking for, your dog will have a Day One just like the rest.
Day One went great? You’re now paying the Adventure Daycare rate.
Day One could have been better? Maybe we’ll have one day of Behavioral Remediation to see how your dog adjusts. The second day really is the charm. Now you’re paying the Adventure Daycare rate.
Day Two was still rough? Okay, let’s continue with Behavioral Remediation. Your dog is just going to need more time. They all come around. Once we feel like he or she has settled in and we’re not getting bitten at pick up, you’re now paying the Adventure Daycare rate.
So now you’re paying $60 a day for adventure daycare. What could be better? Perhaps if your dog listened to you the way he or she does with us. That’s where Family Training comes in. Our in-house wizard will come to your home for the afternoon or evening and show you the inner details of our self-created skill set. Then we’ll have something to talk about each day when you pick up at one of our bus stops, allowing you to hone your new craft and bring peace to the mind of your dog.
